- Must have strong knowledge in SAP HCM.
- Good knowledge of SAP Success Factors configuration in one or more areas of Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Management, Goal Management.
- Should have completed at least 1 to 2 end-to-end implementation in SFSF.
- Success Factors work experience of minimum 2 years with at least 1 end to end Implementation experience of Employee Central.
- Certification is any Success Factors module preferred.
- Certification on SAP HR is an added advantage.
- HR domain knowledge is an added advantage.
- 3-4 Years of [ EC Module ] success factors working experience
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.
