Title:  B2/B3_SAP HCM - Mumbai/Pune/Chennai/Banglore

Experience Range: 2-4 years

 

Experience includes 2 Full life cycle End to End implementations from requirement workshop, business blueprint design, Realization, Testing, Go-live and post-production Support.

 

Experience in SAP HCM applications implementation, support, and Configuration.

 

Knowledge on Org Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management (+ve), Payroll, Travel management & Other HCM Components.

 

Good experience in Payroll & Time Management schemas and PCRs.

 

Ability to write functional specification for technical development team and manage through testing and user

acceptance processes, including ownership and resolution of testing issues.

 

Good knowledge of ESS/MSS.

 

Understanding of Workflow.

 

Resolving end user issues relating to SAP HR/HCM in a timely manner.

 

Must have good written and verbal communication skill and Interpersonal skills.

 

Ability to work independently and manage customer.
