Title: Business Development Executive_Bangalore
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Executives with 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting company offerings in their respective regions.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, networking, and field visits.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and present relevant products or solutions.

Arrange and conduct meetings, demos, and presentations to convert leads into clients.

Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, delivery) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Maintain and update CRM tools and prepare periodic sales reports.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the brand and generate leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.

2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in IT, SAP solutions, ERP software, or technology sales is a strong advantage.

Regional language proficiency (depending on location) is a plus.
