Job Description:

We are seeking an SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to join our team and support our ongoing project requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP SD processes, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize the SAP SD module to align with business requirements.
• Manage core SD processes, including:
  • Customer Master Data Management
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C) Cycle
  • Pricing, Discounts, and Rebates Configuration
  • Availability Check (ATP) and Credit Management
  • Billing and Invoice Processing
  • Shipping and Logistics Execution
  • Returns and Refund Processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM, FI, and PP modules.
• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide end-user support and resolve issues related to sales processes.
• Assist in system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live activities.
• Prepare documentation, including functional specifications and configuration settings.
• Support ongoing improvements and process enhancements within the SD module.

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in SAP SD implementation, support, or rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD master data (customer, material, pricing, and credit data).
• Hands-on experience in configuring pricing procedures, sales documents, and delivery processes.
• Knowledge of SAP SD reporting and analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of integration points with MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), and PP (Production Planning).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities.
• Experience in working with EDI/IDoc processing.
• Knowledge of tax configurations and compliance (GST, VAT, etc.).
• Understanding of third-party sales and intercompany processes.
