Title: Business Development Manager_UAE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and strategic partnerships in the UAE region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in regional market penetration, B2B sales, client relationship management, and revenue generation. This role will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and decision-makers to increase brand presence and drive revenue.

Develop a strategic sales plan for UAE/GCC aligned with company goals and market dynamics.

Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, potential clients, and industry trends.

Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.

Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

5–10 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C business development, preferably in the UAE/Gulf region.

Strong network and understanding of the UAE market and business culture.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently and travel within the region when required.

Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
