About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Digital Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology implementation. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation and innovation across our enterprise landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and robust digital solutions aligning with business needs and technology strategy

  • Lead the technical design of digital platforms including web, mobile, cloud, integration, and data solutions

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solution designs

  • Provide architecture governance and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and security policies

  • Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks to support the digital ecosystem

  • Lead PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and evaluate emerging technologies to support innovation

  • Create high-level architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints

  • Guide development teams during implementation and support solution deployment

  • Ensure integration of digital solutions with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)

  • Participate in RFPs, vendor evaluations, and strategic technical decisions

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8–10 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on digital platforms (web, mobile, cloud, APIs)

  • Strong experience in designing cloud-native applications (preferably on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

  • Proven knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, microservices, and API management

  • Experience in front-end and back-end technologies, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

  • Exposure to digital domains such as eCommerce, customer experience, or digital banking is a plus

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions

  • Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure Architect, TOGAF, etc.) preferred
