Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager – Sales to lead and expand our market presence across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise B2B sales, building C-level relationships, and closing high-value deals in the IT or consulting domain. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing strategic accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the USA.

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through a consultative selling approach.

Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads, and other key decision-makers.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.

Lead sales cycles from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure.

Coordinate with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline updates to senior management.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s solutions, including SAP, Cloud, Analytics, and other digital transformation offerings.

Track sales metrics, customer feedback, and suggest improvements to products and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT services or enterprise software domain.

Proven success in selling to mid-size to large enterprises in the USA.

Strong understanding of enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) and/or cloud services.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to travel within the USA as required.
