Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager – Sales to lead and expand our market presence across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise B2B sales, building C-level relationships, and closing high-value deals in the IT or consulting domain. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing strategic accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the USA.

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through a consultative selling approach.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads, and other key decision-makers.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.

  • Lead sales cycles from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure.

  • Coordinate with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline updates to senior management.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s solutions, including SAP, Cloud, Analytics, and other digital transformation offerings.

  • Track sales metrics, customer feedback, and suggest improvements to products and processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT services or enterprise software domain.

  • Proven success in selling to mid-size to large enterprises in the USA.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) and/or cloud services.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to travel within the USA as required.
