About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales strategy and business development initiatives in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT industry, proven expertise in enterprise sales, and the ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets in Malaysia and SEA markets.
• Drive new business acquisition across enterprise clients, government agencies, and mid-sized businesses.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.).
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities in IT solutions (Cloud, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Infrastructure, etc.) and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of KPIs.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting for leadership reviews.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–13 years of proven experience in IT sales, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services such as Cloud, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, and SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong network of enterprise and government clients in Malaysia/SEA is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and evolving business environment.
