Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good understanding of IT requirements, and the ability to connect with potential candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, references, and headhunting.

• Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable profiles.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.

• Manage candidate engagement and provide a positive recruitment experience.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates till onboarding.
