Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Digital Sales / Telecaller Executives to join our growing team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers via calls, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.

Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.

Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/software.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or digital sales (freshers can apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, or regional language).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Ability to persuade and handle customer queries professionally.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
