Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Digital Sales / Telecaller Executives to join our growing team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers via calls, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.

  • Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.

  • Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/software.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

  • Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or digital sales (freshers can apply).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, or regional language).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

  • Ability to persuade and handle customer queries professionally.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
