Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft Office Expert with 1–3 years of experience in creating professional business documents. The role involves developing well-structured proposals, formatting CVs/resumes, and designing impactful PowerPoint presentations. The ideal candidate should have strong formatting expertise, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to present information in a clear, professional, and visually appealing manner.
Key Responsibilities

Create, customize, and format professional business proposals using MS Word and PowerPoint

Format, standardize, and enhance CVs / resumes as per client or organizational guidelines

Design visually appealing and well-structured PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use

Ensure consistency in fonts, layouts, branding, and formatting across all documents

Edit, proofread, and improve content clarity, grammar, and presentation quality

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand document requirements and timelines

Maintain and update standard templates for proposals, CVs, and presentations

Handle multiple document requests while meeting tight deadlines
