Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft Office Expert with 1–3 years of experience in creating professional business documents. The role involves developing well-structured proposals, formatting CVs/resumes, and designing impactful PowerPoint presentations. The ideal candidate should have strong formatting expertise, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to present information in a clear, professional, and visually appealing manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, customize, and format professional business proposals using MS Word and PowerPoint

  • Format, standardize, and enhance CVs / resumes as per client or organizational guidelines

  • Design visually appealing and well-structured PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use

  • Ensure consistency in fonts, layouts, branding, and formatting across all documents

  • Edit, proofread, and improve content clarity, grammar, and presentation quality

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand document requirements and timelines

  • Maintain and update standard templates for proposals, CVs, and presentations

  • Handle multiple document requests while meeting tight deadlines

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Excellent document formatting and presentation skills

  • Strong written communication and grammar skills

  • High attention to detail and quality orientation

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working on corporate proposals, HR documents, or consulting presentations

  • Basic understanding of branding guidelines and corporate documentation standards
