Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR – LMS & Partner Portal Specialist to manage and enhance our Learning Management System (LMS) and Partner Portal. This role will be responsible for overseeing training content, ensuring smooth platform operations, onboarding and engaging internal employees and external partners, and driving adoption of both platforms to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Management System (LMS):

Administer and manage the company’s LMS, including user access, course assignment, and reporting.

Collaborate with HR, L&D, and business leaders to design, upload, and update training content.

Track learning progress, generate reports, and analyze training effectiveness.

Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot LMS-related issues.

Ensure compliance training is rolled out and completed within deadlines.
Partner Portal:

Manage user onboarding and access for external partners.

Maintain up-to-date content, resources, and documentation on the Partner Portal.

Act as the first point of contact for partner queries regarding the portal.

Monitor portal engagement, generate analytics, and recommend improvements.

Work with cross-functional teams (HR, Sales, IT, Operations) to ensure seamless partner experience.
General HR Support:

Support HR initiatives related to learning, engagement, and partner enablement.

Assist in communication, training, and knowledge-sharing programs.

Coordinate with IT and vendors for system enhancements and integrations.
