Position: Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, clients, and prospects.

Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into sales.

Maintain customer records, update CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Explain company’s products/services clearly and professionally.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to achieve retention.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and collections.

Resolve customer queries and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Telecaller/Customer Care Executive/Sales Caller.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (local language preferred).

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
