Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Executives with 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting company offerings in their respective regions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, networking, and field visits.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Understand client requirements and present relevant products or solutions.

  • Arrange and conduct meetings, demos, and presentations to convert leads into clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, delivery) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

  • Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Maintain and update CRM tools and prepare periodic sales reports.

  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the brand and generate leads.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT, SAP solutions, ERP software, or technology sales is a strong advantage.

  • Regional language proficiency (depending on location) is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel locally as required.
