Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SAP Business Development Manager to lead and drive our SAP solutions sales across various industries. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of SAP products, a strong track record of B2B sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships. This role demands strategic thinking, consultative selling, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to promote SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, etc.)

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across various sectors.

Build a strong pipeline through lead generation, networking, and market research.

Engage with C-level executives and IT decision-makers to position SAP offerings.

Collaborate with the presales and delivery teams to create and present tailored solutions.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine GTM strategies.

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, RFPs, and presentations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP solutions and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

10-15 years of experience in IT/SAP sales or business development.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing enterprise deals.

Strong understanding of SAP solution portfolio (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Cloud, etc.)
