Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT sector (software solutions, IT services, cloud, networking, etc.).

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, pipeline management, and closing strategies.

  • Conduct client presentations, product demos, and solution-based discussions tailored to customer needs.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design and propose customized IT solutions.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM entries.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding IT sales targets over the last 6 years.

  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., software, SaaS, ERP, cloud computing, IT infrastructure).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with C-level executives.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital sales platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 6+ years of proven experience in IT sales/business development.
