To lead overall HR operations including policies, SoPs, time & performance management, resources utilization, recruitment, compensation management, payroll, training & certifications, compliances & legal, employee engagement, . health & safety HR metrics & reporting (MS office, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA or any HRMS software)

Daily collaboration with accounts, marketing & sales, delivery teams on various HR operations, organizational integration.

Liaison with labour offices, various statutory compliances

Well versed with HR software & tools like MS office, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA or any HRMS software

Experience in leading 500+ employees with monthly payroll processing of INR 1- 2Cr +
