Job Description: 

Role Overview As the Delivery Manager - BTP at SAVIC Group, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of projects across SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) domains — Application Development, Automation, Integration, Data & Analytics, AI, Cloud Infrastructure, and DevOps. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective implementations while managing customer expectations, resources, risks, and compliance. You will collaborate with architects, consultants, and client stakeholders to oversee solution execution, track KPIs and measurable outcomes, standardize delivery frameworks, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Project Delivery Oversight: Ensure all SAP BTP engagements (Application Development, Automation, Integration, Data & Analytics, AI, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps) are delivered on time, within scope, and budget with agreed KPIs.

· Resource & Capacity Management: Manage allocation of architects, developers, and consultants

across BTP domains; maintain utilization above 80%.

· Application Development Delivery: Oversee delivery of solutions using SAP Build Apps, Business

Application Studio, and Fiori/UI5, ensuring adoption of best practices and measurable business

value.

· Process Automation Leadership: Drive execution of SAP Build Process Automation and workflow

solutions, ensuring tangible productivity and efficiency gains.

· Integration Governance: Manage delivery of SAP Integration Suite–based projects (iFlows, APIs,

event-driven solutions), ensuring reusability, quality, and SLA compliance.

· Data & Analytics Delivery: Lead delivery of SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP HANA Cloud solutions,

ensuring accurate modeling, high performance, and actionable insights.

· AI for Business Services: Oversee delivery of SAP AI Core/Business Services and AI Agents like

Joule, ensuring innovation adoption and measurable outcomes.

· Cloud Infrastructure Oversight: Govern BTP subaccounts, Cloud Foundry/Kyma runtimes, IAS/IPS

security, ensuring compliance, scalability, and cost optimization.

· DevOps & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and transport governance

(cTMS/gCTS), ensuring quality and repeatability of delivery.

· Governance & Compliance: Implement delivery governance using Cloud ALM, RAID logs, risk

registers, and financial tracking.

· Quality Assurance: Enforce delivery methodologies, testing standards, and customer sign-offs at

each milestone.

· Budget & Cost Control: Track project costs against budgets; ensure ≥95% accuracy in billing and

forecasting.

· Collaboration with Sales/Pre-sales: Support solutioning and proposals by validating delivery

estimates and resource plans.

· Talent & Team Development: Build delivery leadership pipeline, mentor project managers, and

run quarterly competency reviews.

· Customer Success: Track and improve NPS scores, manage escalations, and drive continuous

improvement in customer experience.

· Knowledge Management: Ensure documentation, lessons learned, and reusable playbooks are

maintained across all BTP delivery tracks.

Team Leadership

Lead a cross-functional delivery team (project managers, architects, developers, consultants) of 20+ members. Set performance objectives, track progress, and conduct quarterly performance reviews. Ensure team skills are aligned to SAP BTP roadmap and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

10–15 years of experience in project/delivery management with at least 4+ years on SAP BTP programs.

Strong understanding of SAP BTP services, integration, extensibility, analytics, and automation.

Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar engagements across industries.

Excellent leadership, conflict management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Hands-on experience with project governance tools like Cloud ALM, Jira, MS Project, or similar.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

SAP Certified: BTP Solution Architect / Integration Suite / Project Management (Activate/Agile).

PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification for project/delivery governance.

Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP) in project/delivery management context.
