Role Overview
As the Manager – Resourcing/Staffing, you will lead end-to-end staffing operations, ensuring timely deployment of resources and achievement of annual resourcing targets. You will oversee workforce planning, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and collaborate with business and delivery teams to meet client staffing requirements. The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder management to drive SAVIC’s growth in staffing services.
Key Responsibilities

Manage complete staffing lifecycle from demand forecasting to resource deployment.

Ensure minimum of 2 billable deployments per month across ongoing projects.

Plan and execute strategies to achieve 100 billable resources annually.

Partner with business units and delivery managers to align staffing with project requirements.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through internal and external sourcing.

Monitor utilization and billing efficiency, addressing resourcing gaps proactively.

Drive compliance with staffing policies, contracts, and client requirements.

Mentor and develop a high-performing staffing operations team.

Deliver accurate reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

6–10 years of experience in resourcing, staffing operations, or workforce planning.

Proven track record in achieving staffing targets and managing deployment operations.

Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring abilities.

Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, reporting dashboards, and HRMS/ATS tools.
