Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Act as principal excecutive to CMD for all strategy, operations, innovation, people, and growth matters & excecution of the same.
- Architect and execute Moonshot 2027 programs targeting USD 200M revenue, 5,000 employees, global IP commercialization, launch of digital products (SAVI AI, ARVYA), and 100+ automation bots.
- Plan, chair, and follow up Board/EXCO meetings, ensuring decisions are well-informed, tracked, and delivered.
- Orchestrate transformational initiatives in SAP Cloud, AI foundations, S/4HANA, RPA, and rapid SaaS deployments, driving measurable outcomes.
- Track, analyze, and report enterprise KPIs—revenue, margin, customer NPS, project health, innovation index, cost efficiencies, and talent retention.
- Coordinate daily with HR, Accounts, Sales, Delivery, and technology leaders to break silos, resolve cross-functional issues, and drive high-quality execution.
- Lead special projects (e.g., global market entry, digital product launch, operational excellence, awards/recognition, Gurukul upskilling programs).
- Develop and execute rigorous risk and dependency management, ensuring all projects hit milestones and escalate blockers.
- Build and mentor a pipeline of high-potential SAVIC talent in line with CMD’s “learning organization” ethos.
- Establish and nurture external partnerships (technology, alliances, analysts) to accelerate company growth and reputation.
Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years in strategy, transformation, or chief-of-staff roles, with proven results in tech-driven programs and rapid-scale environments.
- Deep domain in SAP, AI, Cloud, and digital transformation preferred.
- Quantitative and qualitative strengths—able to create, own, and deliver tangible KPIs and business cases.
- Outstanding interpersonal, influencing, and mentoring skills, with track record managing multi-functional global teams.
- Strong executive presence, boardroom communication, and data-driven decision-making.

- Functional dotted-line to Board/EXCO for strategic projects.
