Title:  Digital Practice Lead_Data & AI

Job Description: 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Digital Practice Lead to drive digital innovation across our SAP landscape and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Python-based AI/ML solutions, and Azure Cloud Services, with a passion for building transformative digital solutions that support data-driven decision-making across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy

    • Lead and mentor the Digital & Analytics team across SAP, AI/ML, and Cloud projects.

    • Define and implement digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

  • SAP Analytics & Data Solutions

    • Design, develop, and manage SAC dashboards, planning models, and storyboards.

    • Integrate SAC with SAP S/4HANA or ECC for real-time reporting and predictive insights.

  • AI/ML Model Development

    • Build and deploy machine learning models using Python to improve forecasting, automation, and operations intelligence.

    • Ensure full lifecycle coverage: from data ingestion and training to model evaluation and deployment.

  • Azure Cloud Integration

    • Design and manage data pipelines and solutions using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Logic Apps, and Functions.

    • Implement DevOps best practices for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

  • Collaboration & Delivery

    • Work closely with SAP functional consultants, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to translate requirements into scalable digital solutions.

    • Manage project delivery, track milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure quality outcomes.

  • Governance & Compliance

    • Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy regulations, and security protocols.

    • Drive standardization and best practices across digital platforms.

  • Team Development

    • Mentor junior team members in modern technologies, tools, and agile delivery methodologies.

    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Technical Skills:

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): Dashboard creation, data modeling, planning applications

  • SAP S/4HANA or ECC: Strong understanding of SAP data structures and integration

  • Python: Hands-on experience with pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, etc.

  • Azure Cloud: Proficiency in Data Factory, Synapse, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, DevOps

  • Databases: Experience with HANA, SQL, data lakes, and warehousing concepts

  • AI/ML: Strong knowledge of ML pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SAP BTP, or SAP Data Intelligence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 8–12 years of experience in digital transformation, with 3–5 years in a leadership or architect role

  • Certifications in SAP SAC, Azure, or AI/ML are highly desirable

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Leadership experience in managing technical teams and cross-functional collaboration

  • Passion for innovation, agile working, and continuous learning

Preferred Industry Experience:

  • SAP Implementation Partners / IT Consulting Firms

  • Manufacturing, FMCG, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sectors

  • Experience delivering digital and analytics solutions to large enterprise clients
