Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Lead Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP SF modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules (preferably RCM, ONB, EC, LMS, PMGM, etc.)

• Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective SAP SF solutions.

• Configure and customize SAP SF modules as per client requirements.

• Manage project deliverables including functional specifications, system configuration, testing, training, and deployment.

• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and team members.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Stay updated on SAP SF best practices and new functionalities.

• Handle incident and change request management as part of ongoing support.

Key Requirements:

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.

• Expertise in multiple SAP SF modules such as EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, etc.

• Strong understanding of SAP SF integration with SAP HCM or other third-party systems.

• Certification in one or more SAP SF modules is preferred.

• Excellent communication, client interaction, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead and manage small teams effectively.
