Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for IT products, solutions, and services.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.).

Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and business development objectives.

Work closely with the technical/pre-sales team to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position the company’s offerings effectively.

Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and sales pipeline updates for management.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably in software solutions, IT services, cloud, or infrastructure sales.

Strong understanding of IT industry trends and technology solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build strong client relationships and handle high-value deals.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
