Job Title: Sales Executive 

Experience Required: 3+ years in IT Sales / B2B Sales

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for IT products, solutions, and services.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.).

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and business development objectives.

  • Work closely with the technical/pre-sales team to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position the company’s offerings effectively.

  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and sales pipeline updates for management.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably in software solutions, IT services, cloud, or infrastructure sales.

  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends and technology solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build strong client relationships and handle high-value deals.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
