About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in the IT industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in IT sales, pre-sales, or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in targeted sectors and geographies.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand business with existing clients.
- Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM records accurately.
- Represent SAVIC at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
- Continuously research and analyze market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation.
- Proven track record of lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
